We strive to transparently communicate our strategy/goals and the impact of our activities.
Since 2019, our actions have been guided by the standards of the UN Global Reporting Initiative (GRI).
In this way, we aim to assess, manage and measure our climate-related risks, social and governance opportunities.
Striving for an ESG certification with a rating is a step towards transparent sustainability assessment. Rating specialists have developed ESG scores as a comprehensive approach to evaluating sustainability. Examples of such certifications are the "Ecovadis Silver Logo 2021" and the "Creditreform ESG-Score 2022" (currently being processed at Consultix until August 2023).
These certifications help assess and showcase the sustainability performance at Consultix.

Engaging our stakeholders is crucial to the success of our sustainability efforts. We maintain open and flexible, multidimensional communication channels with our customers, employees, and partners. Additionally, we place great importance on collaboration and partnership with interest groups and industry associations (such as Bitkom, ECO Internet Association, Teletrust, DMV, ANA (US), GDD, etc.).
A current assessment has revealed that energy, greenhouse gas emissions, diversity, equality and inclusion, human capital, resilience and adaptation, supplier ESG engagement, water conservation, and waste management have gained importance, both in terms of stakeholder interest and their impact on the company.
We are using these findings to engage in discussions about optimizations and further develop our prioritization strategy.
